This site and our apps are operated by Forest Chump LLC for the work of Forest Chump Records. There is nothing to sign up for, no accounts to create, and no service being sold here.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the Forest Chump Records website and the software the company builds to publish its own music and video to its own social media accounts. Those apps are private and internal. They are not offered to the public, there is no sign-up, and no third party is given access to them.

Our content

All music, recordings, video, artwork, photographs and text on this site and on our social media accounts are owned by Forest Chump LLC unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share and link to them. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or otherwise use them commercially, or use them to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

Acceptable use of this site

Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or the systems behind it, disrupt its operation, or scrape it by automated means at a volume that degrades it for other visitors.

Our use of social media platforms

Our apps publish to and read from accounts that Forest Chump Records owns on third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We use each platform's official interfaces, in accordance with that platform's own developer terms and policies, and we honor the settings an account holder or a platform has set governing how content may be published. Your own use of those platforms remains governed by their terms, not by ours.

Privacy

What our apps touch and what we keep is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forest Chump LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with its effective date at the top.
