Forest Chump Records, a company of Forest Chump LLC (Texas) · effective October 16, 2026 · this website and the Forest Chump Records apps that connect to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
Our apps exist so that Forest Chump Records can manage its own Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels. They do not collect information about anyone else, they do not sell data, and they do not run advertising.
Who we are
Forest Chump Records ("we", "us") is the music company of Forest Chump LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Forest Chump LLC operates this website and the apps described here.
What the apps do
We build and operate software that publishes posts to, and reads statistics from, the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels that we own (the Forest Chump artist accounts and the company's own account). The apps connect to each platform through its official APIs, using access granted by our own account administrators.
What data is involved
- Our own accounts' content and statistics - posts, reels, videos, captions, view and reaction counts, follower counts - for the accounts we administer.
- Our administrators' access tokens, stored on our own private systems and used only to operate those accounts.
- Nothing about other people. The apps do not offer a login to the public, do not collect names, emails, messages, contacts or profile information of any platform user, and do not track anyone across the web.
Public interactions with our accounts (a like, a comment, a follow) are governed by each platform's own terms and privacy policy; our apps only read the aggregate counts the platform reports to account administrators.
How we use it
To schedule and publish our own content, to see how that content performs, and to keep our own records of what we published and when. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
TikTok
Our apps connect to the TikTok accounts that Forest Chump Records owns, through TikTok's official APIs, using access granted by us as the account holder. We use them to publish our own videos to those accounts and to read those same accounts' public statistics - follower, view, like, comment and share counts, and the list of videos we have posted.
We do not request or receive information about any other TikTok user. We do not read private messages, and we do not collect data about people who view, like or comment on our videos beyond the aggregate counts TikTok reports to the account holder.
Any TikTok account we have connected can be disconnected at any time from TikTok itself, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Disconnecting immediately ends our access, and we delete the stored token for that account.
This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. Its fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads, under Google's own privacy policy. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and operation.
Storage and retention
Records are kept on systems controlled by Forest Chump LLC, in the United States, for as long as they are useful for running our accounts. Access tokens are revoked and deleted when an app or an integration is retired.
Data deletion
Because the apps do not hold data about members of the public, there is normally nothing to delete. If you believe one of our apps holds information about you, email forestchumprecords@gmail.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". We will confirm within 7 days and delete any such data within 30 days. You can also remove any Forest Chump Records app from your Facebook account at any time under Settings → Apps and Websites, which revokes its access.
